“Kizie. Wake up. How long are you going to sleep? Aren’t you hungry yet?”
I don’t know how long I was sleeping, but it felt like an eternity. When I finally opened my eyes, I found out that I was home. The home where we live with our entire family together. But how did I reach to New Jersey? Were we not in Paris? I looked down at my body and found out that I am wearing clothes but also a few bandages around a few parts too. How did that happen? All of a sudden, I remembered that we had our kids with us. Noah is sitting beside me safe, but where are my kids?
“Where are they? Where are our kids? Are they okay? Are they crying? Are they hurt? I jumped up in fear and was getting ready to go and search for them when Noah stopped me.
