“What do you mean?”
“Um… I mean, catering. How did you first get into it?”
“Jamie introduced me to it. I was fascinated right away.”
“I see,” Suzy said. “And how did the two of you get together?”
“We were introduced by friends.”
“Ahhh! Were you always interested in that,” Suzy asked, but sensing discomfort, she eased back a little and added. “You know, in catering?”
Natalia’s head tilted. A naughty grin slowly emerged. “I get the feeling you’re interested in something more than catering.”
Suzy’s face went flush. She lowered her gaze to her shoes. With an insistent finger, Natalia picked her chin up, demanding eyes contact. “Is there anything else about our… lifestyle that you are curious about?”
Suzy tried to laugh away the awkwardness, but it wasn’t budging. “Well, um… you see –“
