Paige went to the hospital straight after school to visit her mother.
“We are sorry Ms. Griffith, we are doing all in our power to save your mother but it really isn’t looking good right now.” The doctor held sorrow in his eyes as he spoke with her.
“How much more time does she have?” Paige questioned, fighting the tears that were threatening to fall.
