The Marking

She tried to free herself from me but I wished she would enjoy this moment as much as I was. “Don’t fight it Alli” “First of all, I am ALLISON to you… and secondly, what do you want with me?” Wow, I needed to be straightjacketed because she was sending me insane, but I loved it. Her energy, her attitude. “Aren't you just the cutest, little ball of curiosity.” I paused, before becoming slightly more serious yet trying not to come across as too scary. I half-smiled, though I’m pretty sure it might have come off like a smirk “In time, you’ll know more, but for now, you’re coming with me.” I didn’t want to lay it all on her suddenly, plus if I did, she was sure to make a scene and there were too many onlookers around. “I think not” her boldness was going to be the death of me, it was arousing, strangely like a moth to flames, I was drawn to it… but I couldn’t let her know that. So I tried to sound stern. “Trust me, force is never my first resort, so don’t make me.” There was anger in her eyes and I knew she wasn’t going down without a fight. “And should you dare defy my orders… well….” Honestly, it was a Lycan thing to drive fear into people, sometimes, without saying much. And as expected, I saw her become slightly submissive. “That's a good girl” my tongue said one thing but my heart wasn’t on board with it, nevertheless, I continued. “Now that the ground rules are set, let’s get going.” I knew I was slowly morphing into a monster, thanks to my father, but I wasn’t quite the devil yet, chivalry was not dead. I held the door opened for her. I saw her hesitation, but eventually she gave up the fight. I closed the door gently, waved her friends goodbye, then got in. “Oh, and you don’t have to worry about your little boyfriend. I think he full well knows his place. We had a little talk… you know, man to man…..mind to mind.” I replied tapping my temple. What should have been good news to her, since he broke her heart and left her crying just a few minutes ago, instead plunged her into quietness. I was upset, slightly vex, not at her particularly, but at the fact that even after all he had done to her, I could tell she still felt something for him. I wanted to remind her of what he had done, somewhere hoping in my heart she’ll let him go. “If he intends to remain Alpha, he’ll know what’s best for him. After all, how would the pack react towards an Alpha who stubbornly rebelled against the Match Maker.” He picked his status over you. But my attempts to open her eyes, to awaken her to her senses were futile. Her silence was bothering me. A few times well I had to inquire if she was alright, but there was no response. My heart ached, but I didn’t want to pester her so I gave up. I guess sometimes it’s better to let sleeping dogs lie. She finally spoke again. “Where are you taking me?” It was a simple question but I was still over joyed just to hear her voice. “We’re going home” But my simple answer to her simple question, didn’t sit well with her. “So….you are comfortable with kidnapping someone?” “When I last checked, kidnapping was without consent. You stepped in willingly” I had won that battle on a term of technically. I felt the tension, her voice low but furious. “You practically gave me no choice. Do you think I would ever choose to be here, with YOU?” Wow, I couldn’t deny, that did hurt but honestly I understood her. “ouch! Your words hurt.” I remarked trying to sound a little playful to ease the tension, but I was better off silent as she turned her back to me. Soon, I was home. I saw a small glimmer of awe twinkle in her eyes even though I knew she was trying her best to conceal it. “welcome home.” “Look, home is where my belongings are she seemed to have mastered the back of being blunt, regardless of my feeling. However, being the smart mouth that I was, I informed her, her things were on there way. “…. I guess when they arrive this would be home to you then!?” “Sorry, I meant home is where my heart is." She quickly corrected. Well it’s now or never, because if not now, I could see myself shying away from father’s command, which would only land me in some serious trouble later. "Well, let's make here home." I positioned myself squarely in front of her, tilting her head to one side, exposing her unmarked neck. She shivered under my touch as I gently kiss her naked neck. X-Zaviour wa now awaken and fully alert, craving more than just the trailing kisses I was indulging in. “just relax.” I whispered as I cupped her waist, eliminating any space that existed between our bodies. Her body loosened up just a bit, making her more pliable in my hand. ‘Here goes nothing' I link X-Zaviour. The deal was in progress, her strength began to evad her as she made her finally attempt to ward me off. “Pull back X-Zaviour.” “I’m desperately trying.” I don’t blame him, seasonal marks weren’t easy to perform without the power of restrain. I finally managed to regain control, but the penetration had gone too deep. This mark straddled the line separating a Seasonal mark and a Mater's mark. It was no surprise then, when she passed out. I scooped her in my arms and carried her bridal style into the house as guilt washed over me. I went up to my room and placed her on the bed, gently caressing her face that now reacted emotionless to my touch. I slowly bent down and kissed her cheek. “I’m sorry.” I whispered before standing. I paused at the door and with one finally glance over my shoulder at her still frame, I sighed, then quietly closed the door behind me. “Sebastian! Is the deal done.” Wow, those were his first words to me after reaching home, but I was accustomed to it by now. I have never been asked about my day, about my likes and dislikes… in a short summary, I’ve only ever had a father, never a dad, everything appeared as strictly business. “Yes father, the deal is done.” “Good. Just inform me when she awakes.”
