The old dilapidated building did not fill me with much confidence as I glanced at it. For a lawyer's office, it was badly run down, dreary, and unlike anything my father would have used as a means of getting anything legal done. I was filled with suspicion as I gazed upon it. I could not fathom my father stepping foot inside such a place and a quick glance at Sage showed she felt the same way as she looked at the building in dismay. "I didn't realize it would be this bad" she whispered, half shocked.
