The cargo ship bound to Handar was already out of the Port of Ryre when Kira and Anetha finally relaxed and celebrated their successful escape. Luckily for them, the crew was nice, a merchant, his companion and his helpers. Anetha took two wooden spears out of her bag, disassembled into three parts each. They weren’t as good or sturdy as the ones they were used to, but at least they would not arrive unarmed at Atheayurid, the first stop of the ship. Kira wasn't sick this time, standing on the deck feeling the sea air on her face, but she was just as distressed as she was when she arrived at the Continental City.
