“Daddy. Daddy?”
Nicolas stirred. Aubrey slept soundly spooned in his arms so he knew it was still early. It had been a long day yesterday with an awkward brunch followed by an awkward dinner.
His family seemed to be at a loss. Normally they separated into groups: Worthington siblings, spouses and children maintaining their own little spheres. However, Nicolas had no intention of following the unspoken rules now that he had Aubrey and Jamie. He held Jamie all night and cuddled Aubrey with his free arm. He didn’t care what his siblings thought about his shows of affection.
