He stood and watched her as she studied the pack model, taking everything in. She really looked at it, saw her touch the area where they had sat last night down by the lake, tilt her head and allowed her eyes to move along the path to the waterfall, probably curious as if that was where they had been headed before being distracted by Mylan and Faylan.
He’d uncovered the packs surrounding area map. It had all the packs he was affiliated with on it, plus a few that were just local to the state. She had walked right over to it, he’d shown her where Half Moon Pack was, so that she could see she wasn’t all that far away from her sisters.
