Nick POV
Nick watched as Heather removed Lucinda’s stitches and staples the next day. She had been a little shocked that she was just about all healed up already. Nick had told her it was normal for Lucinda, to be healed completely in just a few days from serious injury due to her wolf type. Heather had asked many questions of he and Lucinda about her wolf once hearing about her.
Lucinda seemed happy enough to tell her, but he wasn’t all that happy with people knowing all the ins and outs of it, could make her a target if one of his enemies found out. He would discuss it with her on the way home in the privacy of his car. Both Jeremy and Kevin already knew, so it didn’t matter if they heard.
“No more battles for you, Miss. Go and be a Luna as you were meant to be.” Heather had told her.
