“Have you seen any of the Westons?”
I asked Mia, I was a little worried. It was the first time the Royals were late for an event.
“Not one of them though. Elik didn’t call you?” Mia looked around dazed and confused at me.
She had been busy entertaining her parents and siblings; they were all here to visit her for the oathtaking. My parents couldn’t make it, Dad had been under the weather for two days prior to the event and had to cancel. And since he was still not alright. mom, of course, couldn’t leave his side.
