I had seen Autumn rushing across the room, in a desperate bid to get away from her Dad. I could only imagine what he might have said to her. It appeared to me that any conversation with her family was toxic. I would whisk her away from them if I could. I don’t think they knew how to be nice to anyone, but then when I looked around the room, they seemed all sunshine and rainbows to all of their guests, and they talked to Elodie like she was the f*****g Princess of the manor. So that kind of went against that theory. But, seeing Autumn rushing away, I was worried she had been upset again, and I needed to know if she would be okay, or if she needed someone.
