I honestly believed that if there was a possibility for a man’s eyes to pop out of their suckets because of pure surprise, mine were about to pop out right f*****g now.
What the hell did she just say?
Did she really say it, or did I just imagine her saying it?
Was I becoming delusional?

Hearing her nervous laughter in my ears pulled me back into reality, my wolf snarling inside of my head over why I was taking so damn long to start moving and doing, when our mate had just given us her blessing to mark her as ours.
