The interrogation of Genna Hicks revealed a young woman who had tried her hardest to fight the spells and potions designed to bring her under the power of evil. It was only when the lives of her parents had been threatened that she succumbed to it's power. Even considering the outside influences, Genna has still not actively harmed anyone. Yes, she had behaved poorly to some of her peers, but had not done anything to harm them.
