Archie's POV
For the first time in many years, I felt as if my heart went a few pounds lighter. If only I knew that I will feel like this after confessing my feelings for her, I would have done that a long time ago. It would have saved me from a lot of heartaches, including the torture that I went through watching her with another man.
I closed my eyes shut and took a deep breath when I felt a sudden whoosh of air, pulling me towards something as everything around me blurred. I had no idea how this magical door worked but I decided to go with the flow.
Whatever happens, happens. I just hope Prosepene will be safe in the castle and I get to be the one who saves her from Ares even if that meant me not being with her anymore.
