Liam’s POV
“Are you sure about that?” Daniel asks, squeezing my hand. I can sense his gaze on me, but my eyes are fixed on someone else.
“Yes,” I smile, shifting my gaze at Daniel.
He chuckled, patting my shoulder once. I know he wants the same. His eyes are telling it all. They are sparkling like anything.
“So?” The lady asks us with a smile.
“We have decided,” Daniel confirms.
“This way please,” she leads us to the office to complete the paperwork. The lady queries about a few things. Daniel takes care of it all.
“All done,” she smiles in assurance, “this way, please.”
We follow her again, back to the same old hall. Another girl comes up, holding a two-year-old toddler in her arms, and hands him over to us. Wrapping my arms gently around the little one, I hold him
