“It’s not true!” Kysenia growled, pulling away from Daniel and storming off into her bedroom, slamming the door shut.
Talon and Daniel looked at each other. Talon could see the hurt in Daniel’s eyes and didn’t know how to consul him.
“If she says it’s not true…”
Daniel’s eyes hardened and they turned to Aiden. “I want to know all the signs of someone having found their mate.”
“Daniel…I think for now you should…”
“Aiden…please…” Daniel pleaded.
Aiden pressed his mouth closed and nodded his head. “I’ll find some reading material on it for you…every species is slightly different…some more intense than others…”
“In the meantime, what the f**k do we do about the f*****g demon army now camped on our doorstep and trapped within this dome with us?!” Rake growled in frustration.
