Daniel was getting excited, Kysenia was back today…he couldn’t wait for classes and training to be over so he could head back to the Estate and see her. His gift was sitting on her dresser…he had left it as a surprise for her to find.
As he walked out of his last lecture he was surprised to see Aiden.
Walking up to him, Aiden smiled. “Daniel…please follow me.”
Daniel glanced at Nolan, who had that bored expression on his face, but followed Aiden as he took him over to the library building and down into the depths.
The basement was like a vaulted cellar with strong beams holding up the ceiling and huge stone columns that supported the building above.
