I was a bit nervous about what the doctor might find; my mind had been going crazy with scenarios, and none were good ones; the spotting was a bit more than spotting, but with all the stress I had been under, it was not a surprise to me that I would have issues. Being a doctor, I knew the risks involved in working long hours when pregnant, and having twins only made the risk higher and me more exhausted.
