I smiled as I looked out from the cabin that me, Julie and our son Tyson shared. The sun was warm against my face, even at this early hour, and I could not help but think that I was the luckiest wolf alive. A lot had happened since Alpha Black and Alpha Lycan’s packs had been disbanded. A few of them, as expected, left to join the packs of distant relatives, others decided to join Alpha Drake’s pack, and the rest, to my surprise, decided to join the lone wolf shelter. I was even more surprised when the newly appointed leaders, Piper, Phoebe and Diana agreed to it.
The shelter was stronger than ever now, not just because of them, but because of the whole community that seemed to spring up around it. They owned their own businesses, making themselves completely
