~Julie~ Honestly, I was a nervous wreck. After me and Elliot spending most of our lives flying under the radar, it was hard to explain how nerve wracking it was to have a group of humans camped out on our front porch, telling us that we didn’t belong. Hell, if the rest of the residents knew the truth about us, they would probably be out there with them. I hated feeling this scared all the time. Scared that another pack would attack us, scared that the humans outside the shelter would attack us, and scared that someone inside the very walls could attack us at any minute.
