Ashley's POV
Its been a week since Evander and I presented the project in front of class and the teacher loved and chose ours to be presented at the science fair. She loved the beating heart that we made with the help of battery and electricity and also the detailed presentation that we prepared using numerous books and articles. After that day in the washroom, Evander has treating me with care, to say the least. He gives me soft smiles, asks me how my day was and is always careful around me with words. I have started sitting with the group again as it is not awkward anymore and they all, too, seem happy.
