Heather was asleep in my arms as we drove to our new home. I kept kissing and stroking her hair, trying to give her my love. She has had a hard time. I may have a lot going on in my mind, with many wanting my attention, but mine is only minor compared to how she was being mentally bombarded. We are both trying to learn how to push all the intrusions to one side. We have yet to recognize which ones are important and which ones are just being a pain in the butt, and we have to let our wolves enjoy some peace too. They have been questioned by many other Lycan wolves too.
