Two weeks flew by, and we finally took our final exams for the year. The last two weeks had been some of the best days of my life. Ace and I grew closer than ever, the Donovans were spoiling me left and right, Mom got her promotion, and she managed to buy the apartment we were living in. It felt like our dreams were steadily coming true. My exams went great, and now all I had to do was wait for the results so I could apply for college.
