David's POV
I decided to take my family to the lake house that we just purchased. We needed a small getaway after all the traveling and warrior training. I have not had much time with my Mate or my twins. I feel like I am missing out on family time. I need to be apart of them growing up, I do not want to wake up one morning, and my kids are grown, and I missed out on all the memories.
I bought this as a getaway cabin, and it needs some work, but nothing that Tamra and I can not handle. We love remodeling, and Tamra is getting great at tiling. We will stroll through the house and plan what we want to change and what we want to leave alone. Tamra is fantastic at making a house into a home with her womanly touch.
