The weekend passed by quickly, even though babysitting Bella was the only good part of it. Even though Lily was exhausted, spending time with Bella was never an inconvenience. Her mood was foul and dark when she arrived to take care of Amanda and Eli’s daughter, but within seconds, the young girl had her smiling widely and laughing like she hadn’t a care in the world.
