2199 Words

"Sienna!" Adrian’s voice would echo at her back as the storm overhead would rage around them as she continued to advance forward. Her steps were quick and intentional, even if she held no destination in mind, she simply knew she wished to be alone. This derived from her heart conflicted in want and necessity as she yearned for his kindness that would be often scorched by his words of intentional pain. Only now, as he would call to her in annoyance and desperation, Adrian would seemingly flip that switch of humanity between angered and roused while he continued in a focused gait in following her steps. "Why must you always remain so impossible?!" He would call to her, both of their steps coming to a cessation. Yet, he noted how she had not turned to face him, but instead, kept forward.
