Luke was shocked when he heard Ava. He found out what had happened in the cafeteria through his friends. Ian made it clear to everyone that he had his eyes on Ava.
He thought Ava would reject him and tell him that she would go with Ian.
But Ava's words surprised him.
"Ava."
Ava gave him a small smile and said,
"What you heard about me and Ian, I will clear it up for you. I was with him last night, but it was because Stephen was in danger. I told you before. I no longer have any feelings for him."
Luke's face broke into a wide grin. He smiled at her broadly and asked,
"Are you sure? Are you sure that you are giving me a chance?"
