Rowan looked at Kez with an irritated expression.
“You should have died.”
Kez looked at Rowan with wide eyes. He did not think that Rowan would say this. Rowan once trusted Kez, blinded, when did everything changed. Rowan looked at the beaten-up man with disgust. He just asked him to follow Aahana and he could not even do that.
“Do you know that the Imperial Crown Prince is here? He is friends with Aahana according to information.”
Kez’s eyes widened. Imperial Crown Prince is said to be cooped up in the palace. He came here before because of the war. But to come here again; does he know about Aahana?
Rowan raised his eyebrows and looked at the kneeling down man. He sat down and sighed. He never thought that he will have time to pursue Aahana, but he thinks not.
