CHAPTER III: THE COUNCIL OF ELVES (7)
Ceres kept screaming at her sister, screams that translated into fear and despair. She loved in silence, she paid attention to everything that happened; still. Rita reached out her hand, opened her eyes and in an instant, she grasped the clear crystal. Look back, and her sisters were petrified at the energy that manifested on her. Suddenly, lightning pierced through the center of the sky. The crystal slowly clings to her right hand; Above it, a very dark blue energy begins to emerge. Unimaginable power begins to circulate through the veins of the princess. Her face quickly turned pale. Her blue pupils dilated, her ears elongated, and her wavy brown hair lost its shine and wavy shape. This was finely smoothed and dyed black, with blue frontal highlights that denoted the power and essence that really existed within the daughter of the sorceress and the king: the Marine Essence.
But this one did not feel enlightened. She was not happy, actually, she was crying uncontrollably. Her pain was ruthless, and her severe sadness echoed through the echoes of the mountains, reaching the closest places in the area. The princess had lost her two sisters. How could she go on living like this? How was she going to explain this to her parents? How was she going to continue her reign with the tragic deaths of two of her princesses?
For a moment there was a terrifying, eternal silence. Amara didn't know what to do or say, as she drowned in the hardship of her feelings. Heartbroken, she perceives a dim and peaceful light approaching her. It was the most beautiful bird she had ever seen; covered in snow, it descended before her in spirit form. She delicately transformed into the essence of a man. Dressed in a long white suit; his feet were not seen, and the end of his garment was fading into nothingness; his specter floated in the sky, and his face was so bright you couldn't make out who the creature was.
"Beneath has always been your nature, Amara," the being exclaims. I come here to give you a message from the depths of heaven.
"You have fought hard, and you have chosen the right path," he continues. The annulment of this evil and this adverse Law could only be done by you. And it is on this path, by which the light and the spark of joy on my creatures are consecrated. You have destroyed the curse of the transparent crystal, and you have resurfaced in the heights of my kingdom with the fire crystal; the instrument designed to lead your people, our people. You are divine correction, Amara, and this is the path to glory. This is the precedent for the prosperity of your days. Welcome to your best times, Nueva Reina del Norte.
Amara wasn't really convinced, though, very astonished. She didn't say anything else.
"Serena, my daughter," continues the being. I am Elgoneth; belonging to the Divine Golden Assembly. Do not cry, because you are eternally blessed with me. Take this message to your parents, and take this with you.
The divine being presented her with a golden lyre, covered in precious crystals, as a gift from her side, and a perpetual reminder to be protected by the Gods. But still, Amara could not comfort her heart, and restlessness lived in him.
"Thanks, but this isn't going to bring my sisters back," she says Amara. This is cruel and foolish; If this is my destiny, it is a dark and depressing destiny. I do not think that I am the one to guide my kingdom towards the light that it will need so much these days.
Elgoneth then led her to the abyss of the hill, and drew from her palm a golden seed. The seed was small and badly damaged. He planted it in front of her and said:
“This fragile seed is broken, broken from within. It has been through long, very dry days. Although, she knows she can grow. She knows that in order to grow, she needs to be placed in the bitter ground. She knows that she must be cloaked in darkness, and she knows that she must fight, if she wants to find the light. But when she finds her, Amara, she will grow into the largest and most prosperous tree in the region.
I promise you that every time you are in your kingdom - he continues -, and you go to the highest point of it, you will see this tree getting bigger and bigger. And one day it will be so big and so bright that the whole North will see it easily. I hope that day then, you sing the best songs. Share the sweetest arpeggios, and engender the beautiful melodies that dwell in your heart, along with the gift that I have given you. You and your people will always be divinely protected by us. Remember this, every time you turn your gaze towards this sacred mountain. "
"Ma'am, ma'am! Wake up!" –Exclaims a woman.
–Irene? Amara exclaims.
"Wake up ma'am, she has been sleeping all day in the square," says the woman. She has already fallen night.
"How did I end up here?" Amara asks.
"He was training in the morning, and decided to take a break," Irene replies. I didn't think it would take that long. Do you know what day it is today?
Amara shakes her head from side to side, still confused, before the woman continues.
"It's Leorian's twenty-fifth day… Her birthday, her lady!" It's number thirty-three! She exclaimed.
“Irene,” Amara interrupts, “we must prepare immediately. Elgoneth is trying to communicate with me. The day is coming.
"The day, ma'am?" Irene stammers, trembling.
"The day of the Great Battle," Amara says. The Legion of the Dynamo is coming very soon; they don't come with mercy. We have waited four years for this moment. I can feel it. The end is coming our way; Rita is coming towards us.
POINT A
Allow him to escape
The King's Daughter then, peered through the eyes of her sister, and in the corners of her soul she found fear. She raised her glowing arms carefully from her; the fire crystal on the right of her and the sailor on the left of her. The younger sister, surrendered and
Power, and the law of the unknown, took hold of Rita's body. The crystal was elongated in a pointed shape, at both extremities, and became an indomitable weapon of a true evil sorceress. Her blood was contaminated with the poison that rested in the new crystal, and with her two hands, she began to spin it in the air; emanating a dark energy. Her true self was emerging. This time, flooded with wicked lights derived from a dominant blue fire. The transformation was complete.
Amid the rushing water, Ceres immediately recognized the evil that had taken hold of her sister: The Legend of Restitutio. A Divine Law, programmed to progress the Kingdom of the Dragons, but which, as her king became a man for love, this legend would become a curse. After thousands of years, this she had finally incarnated in her last daughter, playing against her.
Ceres tried to attack, and with his bronze spear and her sword began the confrontation with Rita, exchanging deadly blows. A petrified Amara, from afar, cast fire-flame incantations in circular shapes, learned from her mother. Although all of her attacks were easily deflected by the enraged sorceress. Rita counterattacks with a blue spell, in the shape of a glowing triangle, which corrupted the foundations of earth where Amara was. The piece of land detached itself into the void and she fell with it, but in the air she managed to hold on to the roots that were detached, hanging over the slope of the mountain. It was a very long fall.
Ceres turned her gaze to Amara, and called out her name in order to ensure the survival of her sister. Amara poked her head out of her, still dangling between the dangling roots, and her older sister found relief.
Just when she was about to move to rescue her and help her climb out of it, Rita took advantage of her distraction and mercilessly buried the poison crystal weapon in her sister's chest.
"Ceres!" –Amara exclaimed, between tears.
Ceres tried to attack her with her bronze spear, but Rita stopped her with her other hand, holding it on her wrist.
She squeezed her forearm as she forced him to release the spear. Weakening her pulse. Another flash of lightning struck suddenly, as Rita squeezed the glass closer; pressing the stabbing weapon at her sister's heart. She coldly directs her gaze to a desperate, screaming Amara, dangling from the heights of the mountain. He returns her gaze to Ceres, and walks with her toward the edge of Mount Curul. Amid the darkness and incessant rain, Rita pushed her older sister through the air, separating her from the buried glass; sending her into the chilling void of death.
Amara managed to get back on the ground; she leaning between the dangling roots. Her fire crystal rested on a corner of the cliff. She ran quickly towards him, while her sister threw lethal charms at him in the path. She got the crystal, and by holding it with her right hand, she was empowered with energy and lengthened in the same way. The mystical weapon generated two sharp ends at the top; emanating, a red fire at their diamond tips.
"The crystal is activated with pain, sister," Rita says with a sinister look. Now yes, you are worth it.
"You are nothing of mine!" -answer back-. You will never be forgiven for what you have done, are you listening to me ?! You are going to pay for this!
"I've waited my whole life for this moment," Rita says. Come now!
The battle began amid the terrifying storm. The confrontation was clothed in the top of the skies, in the middle of the clouds and the rushing water. The firmament was witnessing a massive clash of energies and powers; the strongest on the entire planet. The marine essence measured its sinister intentions against the shocking, courageous and volatile essence of fire. Two crystals, two sisters. A curse against a divine correction; It was the battle of goddesses incarnated in two princesses, with exponential capacities
