CHAPTER III: ROYAL TEMPLE (3)   The dragons suddenly, lowered their heads quickly, as a giant root flew around them. It was coming abruptly from the arena, in the middle of a battle of green and white dragons. The group got up, and decided to continue their journey, so they could reach the end of it, until they promptly returned to the entrance of the great arena, finishing their circled tour. Right where they started.  “Did you had fun?” asks Dracko. “We did uncle!” exclaims Hera. “Indeed, we did.” says Wėzhreem. “Today is a special day. In fact, I was talking with Daēl along the way, and you know what? We will continue the rest of the training from now on!” “What?!” shouts Dracko. “Pardon, what did you say sir?” “I said, that I will lead the training.” exclaims Dracko. “Is there any problem with that, Supreme Dragon?” “No–not at all, sir” exclaims Dracko. “It’s just, wonderful. But you know, I’m deeply participative on this, and not in my habituality to not control the training. I kind need thid. “It’s okay Dracko, you have made a wonderful job!” exclaims Dracko. “As you always do. You don’t need to control anything, take some rest. Have some time. Besides, there´s an important task that I need you to do.” “What is that, my lord?” asks Dracko. “I need you to find me three giant owls, upon the canyons of Glivenfield” exclaims Wėzhreem. “I need them to teach Wargolo and their descendants an advanced maneuver of teleportation with their flying patterns.” “Well, that’s too easy for me, sir.” “Not that easy, for you will not go alone.” exclaims Wėzhreem. “You will go with your three nephews, and you will teach them each to catch one!” “Yes!” shouts Hera. “Why did I do to you, sir?” says Dracko. “Come on, Dracko!” exclaims Wėzhreem. “It’ll be fun!” Dracko and the young dragons then, left the place quickly; leaving the hanging realm behind. They crossed the grasslands beyond the east, passed the nearby streams of wonder and pride, and descended from the mountain levels, towards the vicinity of a valley among the mysticism of the great plains of the planet. They reached a wide and strange meadow; as an open ground, as the only green that spread around the interlocking canyons. Around them, several caves and deep hollows were found, many of them terrifying and obscure. Along their flying path, Hera could not stop thinking a resounding question that she wanted to ask her uncle long time ago; as it echoed in her uneased head. And when she got close enough to him, she seized the moment and neither short nor lazy, do not hesitates in sharing it to him. “Uncle, what exactly happened to my dad?” “Hera, we’ve already told hundreds of times,” replies Dracko. “You see why you drive me crazy?” “I just want to know from you, you never told me anything.” said Hera. “You just stay there quietly, when we always here the story from Daēl and Master Wiz.” “Well, you should stick to their opinions, they’re credible enough.” responds Dracko. “Why are you suddenly so interested about this lately?” “Because my mother is feeling my father’s presence.” responds Hera. “What?” asks Dracko. “How do you know that?” “I’ve seen her, every step.” answers Hera, “she moved from the forest to the elven kingdom. And know has moved from the elven kingdom, towards the Highs of Fehler. Just because of pure unreasonable instinct.” “Well that´s, unexpected.” said Dracko. “Is that normal?” “I just told you it is unexpected Hera. Of course is not normal.” says Dracko. “She’s rushed towards moving. And it’s even stranger, considering her paths are guided by Elgoneth.” “Why does Elgoneth would want her to find my father? Isn’t he mad with him?” “Don’t speak too loud about this, or you will evoke him here, and then you will really know the definition of madness.” The dragons entered some bushes, and sat on a tree, and before continuing the talk, he divided the group and sent Temodt and Reynavé towards the furthest cave of the prairie. “Why do yo you even– “They are not ready for this conversation.” interrupts Dracko.  “What is exactly what you want to know?” “Is it true that he is in the northern lands?” asks Hera. “He should be,” “But why haven´t I seen him?” “His presence is not, what you expect it to be.” “What do you mean?” asks Hera. “Isn´t he an Esaglia*? “A baby one.” responds Dracko. “He’s surrounded by humans, and his energy would be opaque at your sight. It would be like any other human, or any other baby. Therefore, there´s no way you can tell if he´s alive or not.” “But if my mother feels his void, his presence must be out there, right?” asks Hera. “I wouldn´t count too much on that” continues Dracko. “But if he is, he´s trapped into that spell. That’s why Wėzhreem did that to him. It was a punishment Hera, not an act of saviors.” “What are you talking about?” asks Hera. “Master Wiz?” “As you hear” “But I thought the light did that to my father.” “It wasn´t the light, it was the golden king.” said Dracko. “You may not remember much form your childhood, but the destruction of your home wasn´t something that ordered the light, as Wėzhreem  and Daēl may have tell you. It was something ordered by Elgoneth.” “So if it was his will, my father didn´t do anything?” “Did I say that? Of course he did.” exclaims Dracko. “I wanted to kill him myself. Don´t try to arrange things at your will Hera. Your parents made a huge mistake. They’re lucky enough that they’re still alive, if they supposedly are. But don’t try to traversed things. They are both lost, and they deserved to be, for all their impurity.” “But if they’re impure beings, why we were even born?” exclaimed Hera. “Why did we survived?” “You survived because the golden king had compassion with you.” says Dracko. “You know this perfectly.” “But Daēl could’ve killed us, why did the light did not allow it?” “Because you were probably meant to be here.” responds Dracko. “You know I will not have any children. Someone must take care of this lineage, and that someone must be you, Hera.” “I won’t tell you this again, but you’re special.” exclaims Dracko. “And that is not something to be all fuzzy about. This is something to take seriously, for this is a responsibility that only you would encounter.” “You’re a divine being, your parents are not.” continues Dracko.  “And they diverted from their divine paths, because they started questioning things. They started to judge the rules of above, just like you’re doing. Don’t follow the same road, it’s my first and last warning.” “I won´t ever do something like that uncle.” exclaims Hera. “I´m just curious, you know I love this realm more than anything.”  “I´m just warning you,” exclaims Dracko, “for if any of you three ever follow the road of rebellion, you will lead us to chaos and destruction. And this realm will know the end of the days.” “And if it could help your anxiety run low,” continues Dracko, “not everything is lost for Argon, if he´s still out there, of course.” “What do you mean?” “I´ve been sensing, this strange ancestral forces, that were deeply ingrained in the kingdom, leaving to the north.” exclaims Dracko. “I don´t understand why this is happening, and Wėzhreem doesn’t understand it either. I’ve always hated your father, as I told you before. But if there´s something that bastard had, was the energy of a king. A king that carries ancestry within him.” “You mean, these energies are going to him?” “I´m just saying, they’re looking for someone” says Dracko. “And that someone is out of this kingdom. This is not common. This is frightening.” “Hey!” shouts Ren, out of nowhere. “For lord’s name, you creepy dragon!” exclaims Dracko. “What´s wrong with you freak?!” “I´m sorry, we have just finished searching the hidden owls! Temodt caught six of them forefront!” exclaims Ren. “Why are you so distant over here, anyways?” “We, migh–I was telling your sister a valuable mission that Wėzhreem is going to assign to the three of you soon,” exclaims Dracko. “What is it?” asks Ren. “I will tell you along the way.” responds Hera. “Well, what are you waiting for?” exclaims Ren. “Let’s go!” Reynavé flew rapidly among the hidden bushes, as Hera and Dracko rise to the sky in a slowly flight. “Listen to me, you would not tell any of this to your brothers.” exclaims Dracko. “It´s more likely than any of the two would tell something to Wėzhreem, and then we we’ll both in trouble. Specially me, for I shouldn’t be giving you details about this thing. You know that very well.” “I won’t say anything, uncle.” replies Hera. “I promise.”
