*Gabriella’s POV*
It has been days since I got Roxy back, and I can’t stop thinking about what Damon did. When he kissed me, he showed me what it could be. I saw the kingdom bright and all casts of creatures living together in harmony. But then the kiss, why did he have to kiss me to take the barrier off Roxy? I have been confused about the entire situation.
Why did Danu place Roxy behind a barrier? Is she really on our side, or does she want to harm the Lycian people? Marco has been with me trying to help me make sense of it all.
But we can't understand any of it.
We walk down the beach to clear our minds, but it is impossible. The things I saw seem impossible to achieve, but I have to fight for them to happen. I still feel Damon’s protection on me. It is almost suffocating.
