He gulped and looked at the little God again. “Why… should I do anything?”
The little God shrugged. “For no particular reason. I just came to tell you this. After your rage yesterday with those nasty wolves, I was wondering what you would do about this situation with the Empire.”
Ronald frowned and spoke: “Probably I won’t do anything like you did yesterday to help those orphans.”
The little God nodded. “I see… not that I need to excuse myself to a lousy and stubborn Farmer, but those orphans are now little newborn babies in Bringia, Loriath, and Terbik. They all have lovely families, and they are not orphans anymore. Their deaths were quick, they didn’t suffer, and a happy life wait
