While Ronald was making a new field for the people of the City of Tihul and the refugees, Mira and Ma Yangfa were seated next to Rinne around a long table in the Ryanpeje Settlement.
At that table were Suju, Eden, the Clan Leader Tiria Ryanpeje, and forty-three other Clan Leaders.
Twenty-five of them were the ones that had Magical Circles inside their Cities, villages, or Settlements, and the remaining ones had Circles nearby and were called to the nearest Circle by a messenger from Ryanpeje who travelled with Mira to the nearest Circle.
They all agreed to make a meeting in the Ryanpeje Settlement, with more or less difficulty to convince. Each of them brought three escorts, fully armed, that were outside the meeting house because it was too crowded with so many Clan Leaders.
