*Maximus POV*
When I wake up, I see an enormous packhouse come into view. I wake up Astrid, and she rubs her eyes
“Holy s**t, max, this place is huge.”
I laugh, and we watch as it gets closer. We are stopped at the Gates and then let through. When we pull up, a small woman rushes to the car and opens the door and pulls me out. I hear a snarl come from Astrid, and I smell Dragon. The small girl hugs me then pushes me away to look at me. That's when I notice her and realise it is my childhood friend Ruby
I pull her into a big hug and whisper
“Hey stranger”
Ruby chuckles
“Hey, Max, it has been a long time!”
She sees Astrid over my shoulder, then pushes me away and goes to Astrid and pulls her in for a big hug
