Shane fell into the sand, completely knocked out.
Michelle couldn’t help but drop into the sand beside him, looking for the cause of this. She looked around taking in the enfolding scene then.
Dark purplish grey clouds are rolling in relatively quickly. A quick flash of lightning stretches over the horizon, making her jump. Her first thought is that she won’t be able to make it to safety. The storm was racing across the sea and would be there in a matter of moments. Shane’s large form had her panicking further. She wouldn’t be able to move him. Not without help.
Again her eyes flew back towards the lightning. Its power unleashed itself once more.
Michelle pulled her fear back from the horizon to aid her Alpha.
“Shane?” she called for him, checking over his form once more.
