After my mate walked out of my room breaking ties with the pack as their Luna I was very angry and walked to the gym to burn the pent up anger. I worked out in the gym by lifting weights, running on the treadmill as fast as I could, doing push-up's and finally boxing breaking the bags. My knuckles turned red when I was done and the soreness did nothing to ease the empty feeling I had in my heart, Brian was whimpering continuously in my head triggering a headache.
