I sat in the back of the limo with Kathyann. She stared at me blankly.
“Ok, so where is Daisy?” I said, keeping my tone casual.
“You must be really controlling, huh?” Asked Kathyann.
“No,” I said awkwardly. “I am…eager to make Orchid comfortable in her new home.”
“How exactly did you manage to get Orchid to agree to move in with you and leave her job?” Asked Kathyann.
