“What is Orion’s mother like?” I asked anxiously as Bisa helped me with my hair.
I was sitting in front of the large vanity in my room while Bisa stood behind me plaiting my hear into one long braid down the middle of my back.
“Luna Orla is…” Bisa paused, trying to soften what was undoubtedly a harsh character with clever wording. “She is fierce. Strong. Protective of her sons and her pack. She enjoys being a Luna and a mother,” said Lisa decisively.
“Is she easy to get along with?” I asked more bluntly.
“No,” whispered Bisa.
“Is she reasonable?” I asked.
“It depends on who you ask,” said Bisa.
“I’m asking you!” I pointed out. “What do you think?”
“She is a tad difficult to please,” said Bisa decisively.
