Cecilia's POV
I held up my left hand and took a closer look at the engagement ring Alexander had given me. The two carat emerald cut pink diamond was cradled in an antique yellow gold setting. Comparing it to the ring in the painting I couldn't see any differences at all. This was too freaky. How in the world can this happen.
Gramps gave us a look then asked if we would mind if I took the ring off so he could see if there was an engraving on the inside of the band. I looked at Alexander for the okay to do so, as I hated the idea of removing the ring if he objected. He gave a slight nod of agreement so I slipped the ring off my finger then looked at the inside of the band. The engraved initials were faint, but they were there.
