Chapter 37: Teleportation Tower
Jamie’s POV
A colossal castle stood before us. It was surrounded by a canyon filled with thistles and red rose bushes with dagger-like thorns. There was a draw bridge that could be lowered to grant one access to the castle by allowing one to cross the canyon. The castle was made of grey stone and brick. There were smooth cylindrical buildings with dome-shaped roofs. The centre-most tower was the tallest. Its pinnacle was nestled in the sparse clouds above. The evening sky was dark but the sun had not completely set yet. There had been one sunset already today in this strange realm, back on Invocation Island.
