Marnie has been thinking a lot after her encounter with Doctor Michael's mother. She wanted to return to work again.
She doesn't want Mrs. Co to have this thought of she only wanted Doctor Co's wealth.
Her family wasn't that wealthy enough compared to Doctor Michael's family but there wasn't that poor also. Her family raised her and her siblings well with their hard work and family business.
She knew that her husband won't allow her to work anymore but she will try her luck to ask permission from him. She will no longer inform him of how his mother embarrassed her.
She went to their kitchen where Doctor Michael was cooking their dinner. She was so pampered by her husband and she was so grateful to him.
But her mother's words were kept on drilling inside her head. His mother wanted her to leave her husband. She only wanted Doctor Garcia to be her son's fiancee.
As much as she wanted to tell Doctor Michael's mother that she's already married to her son, she still kept it inside. It wasn't the right time yet. She will let Doctor Michael be the one to announce it to his own family and her family as well. I
