BELLA’S POV
I wondered what Matthew had called Jace for, but it was obvious it was for pack issues. It was expected that he would have to sort out some things; especially after the zombie invasion and what had transpired between him and the Red Wolf Pack.
Knowing the Red Wolf Pack, I just hoped that things were going to go smoothly, and there wouldn’t be any cause for alarm or sort.
It had been almost thirty minutes and I was beginning to think if I should just quit waiting for him and lie on the bed until I sleep off.
I wouldn’t want to distract him from doing his pack duties. Everyone looked up to him as the Alpha, so he had to live up to their expectations and plan the best for them.
Just when I made move to lie on the bed, the door opened and I looked towards the door.
