Ridge POV
The race to the waterfall was a no-brainer. Robbie won hands down. Even with her unexpected takeoff before any of us took in what she said, we had no chance to catch her. She was leagues ahead of us in speed and stamina. I had prided myself on being fast and strong, but Robbie proved that we required more intense training. I wonder if her pack members are as strong as she is; if so, our pack would be sadly lacking. The woman was a wake-up call, and my ego was sadly bruised.
It was fun catching up with her, and she even let us frolic with her. Sky had my wolf running in circles to please her. He even lay on his back, in submission; he had never done that before. This woman had my wolf and me at her mercy.
