Gwen forced herself to remain in place, although her feet were desperate to distance themselves from the closet and the full length mirror that sat in the far corner of the bedroom. While looking to the dozen possibilities in regards to her attire for the evening, her eyes then came to a photograph of her son that was stuck to the mirror of her vanity. The words that Owen spoke against her three years ago about how he would ruin her life had set in her mind as she was unsure if she would be able to put this guilt off in her mind while still being able to follow what it was she had wanted. However, it seemed as though life would have other plans as the sound of keys making their way into the front door made her heart stop. She had believed up until this moment that Owen would be off at work
