I lean back in my seat as my uncle approaches the bench. I hadn’t known they aimed to take down the Dark Knights Pack. I glance at my father, “Dad?”
He leans over, “The trouble with the Timmons family goes beyond what they did to you and Savannah,” He whispers.
I nod as Uncle Henry glances back at us with his eyebrows raised. I clamp my mouth shut as I feel a hand on my shoulder. I look up at Tyler’s smiling face.
“Your Honors,” Uncle Henry begins. “As many of you know, I have been investigating The Dark Knights Pack, among others, for some time now. They have been accused of trafficking and other crimes. They have also tried numerous times to kidnap my niece Amber Payne, and before that, they were paid to kidnap my sister Catherine Martin-Payne, resulting in her death.”
