As we neared the Hall of Ancients, there is a roar of the ancient creature that guards the Grecian temple that keeps the secrets of the universe. I can see the fear on Nia’s face. “Ready to turn around?” I asked as we get closer to the building.
“No,” Nia said, “I’m doing this for Louisa. I’m doing this for my family.”
I snorted. “The Endlesses? They are your family?”
