Chapter 22 Friend and Lover

Alliah found Jamiro as her friend and lover. She used to hide all her sentiments and happiness most of the time. She only had few friends and majority of them were living abroad already.

Jamiro had already earned her trust and Alliah was now sharing her thoughts with him.

She can't help but cry when she told him that she was having a hard time with the processing of her annulment with her ex-husband.

Jam hugged and told her," If you are having a hard time ,don't push it for now. Let him do his part and he should be the one to shoulder all the expenses and not you. Besides you already gave up your house and cars before for him."He comforted her. He doesn't want to see her crying. All he wanted is to her to be happy always.

"I just want to be free and get the rightful child support of my child. It's been so long that I kept silent," she cried. She felt so suffocated with the situation right now.

"Ssshh! It's alright. In time. I'll help you look for a good lawyer to help you with it okay," he told her.

"Thank you," she said. She was so touched with Jamiro's kindness.

Alliah was overwhelmed with how Jamiro showed his kindness and care for her.

"I will ask my cousin, Atty. Noel to help you with your annulment case," he said to Alliah lovingly .

"Thank you so much Jam. I don't know if I could reach this far without you. I am so grateful with your help and kindness towards me," Alliah sincerely replied Jamiro.

"No worries. We are already one. I won't allow you to suffer anymore. I will be by your side all the way," Jamiro held Alliah's hands and kiss them.

"I am speechless. Having you as my friend and my lover was one of a kind. No other else can replace the gratefulness I have for you," Alliah told Jamiro.

"I love you so much, Alliah," Jamiro said while kissing Alliah's forehead.

"I love you more Jam," Alliah replied.

Jamiro heard Alliah's hungry tummy.

"Hey, you're already hungry, my love. Let's eat," Jamiro pointed Cafe Enrique in front of them.

"I've heard that Cafe Enrique has the v

best dishes in town now. It's underground garden has its cozy ambiance as well," Jamiro said.

"Well, let's try it. I am already starving," Alliah smiled at Jamiro and held his hand and proceed with the entrance of Cafe Enrique.

The two of them held each other's hands and waled towards the Cafe Enrique entrance.

Then welcome entrance was over welcoming as well as the staff welcoming them.

"Welcome to Cafe Enrique, Ma'am and Sir," the staff gave courtesy to Jamiro and Alliah with a smile. She accompany them on the dining table for couple and gave the menu book.

"Thank you dear," Alliah said to the staff .

Alliah and Jamiro chose enough menu for Alliah's diet. Jamiro doesn't want Alliah's health to suffer once more. He ordered a lot of vegetables and fruits for Alliah and minimal menu for him.

Alliah observed Jamiro's gentle care on choosing her meals and she appreciated him very much.
