“Boss, are you okay?” Tony was worried. James had given a lot of blood and even fainted as a result. It was debatable whether James should even leave the hospital.
“I am fine.” James’ pale face gave away how he was really doing. But his mind was occupied by thoughts of Abby and Bella. Someone must have planned to do it. If he couldn’t find out who was trying to hurt them, the same thing might happen again in the future.
Meanwhile, Eve received a call from Carl.
“We succeeded,” he said calmly.
