Epilogue

"Ralphael, get your ass down here now!" I shout to my son as he swings from tree to tree like he is part bloody spider monkey.
"But mum, you said I could play until dinner time." he moaned as he hooked his legs over one of the branches and looked at me with folded arms while he hung upside down. I did not worry about him falling as he was like me and had been climbing these trees since he was a small pup. In fact, he probably knew which branches were safer than I did. His red hair that matched my own swayed with the light breeze and his green eyes shone with mischief that I was all too used to. Other than that, he looked exactly like Ralphael used to and so we had decided to name our first son after my fallen mate, my mates fallen father.
