I stuck around in Sami's kitchen after spending last night in my old room inside the pack house and being gone for training most of the day today. It was weird, because right now, living the life of a warrior inside the Grey pack, didn’t feel like enough anymore. What I was doing with my life on a daily basis didn’t feel like enough anymore, either. Knowing that Indigo was somewhere upstairs in her room, walking around and trying to build herself a new life after having so much taken from her, suddenly made my own life feel dull and empty and meaningless.
Fuck it… after our phone call and finally getting the full scoop of Indigo’s story and what had happened to her during her being captured by the Black Blood pack, I had carried that pain with me ever since like a dagger
